WORKING DRAFT 2007 STATE OF WYOMING 07LSO-0186.E1 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0034 Jury duty pay. Sponsored by: Representative(s) Representative(s) Gingery and Senator(s) Nicholas A BILL for AN ACT relating to jury pay; increasing pay for jury duty and for serving as a juror for coroner inquests; providing an appropriation; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 1 ‑ 11 ‑ 303 is amended to read: 1 ‑ 11 ‑ 303. Amount of fees. Effective July 1, 1984 2007 , jurors shall receive thirty dollars ($30.00) fifty dollars ($50.00) for each full or part day of actual attendance. A juror in attendance for more than five (5) consecutive days, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, may, in the discretion of the court, be allowed an additional twenty dollars ($20.00) per day for each day actually in attendance. Section 2. For the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008, there is appropriated from the general fund to the Wyoming supreme court forty-five thousand three hundred sixty dollars ($45,360.00) for purposes of this act.
