Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

1001 by creating a new subsection (g) is amended to read:

Description and declaration; plan for park development and operation; plan for development of prison buildings as state historic site.

(g)

The department of state parks and cultural resources is authorized to accept, from a private donor, a shearing barn currently located near Wolcott Junction, Wyoming and to move the shearing barn from its present location to a site within the Wyoming territorial prison state park and historical site
to be maintained as part of that
state
park and historical site.

Section 2.

One million seven hundred seventy-four thousand eight hundred dollars
($
1,774,800.00
) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of state parks and cultural resources for the purpose of
this act.

Section 3.
This act is effective July 1, 2007.
