Sponsored by: Joint Transportation, Highways and Military Affairs Interim Committee A BILL for AN ACT relating to highways; providing funding for transportation projects as specified; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. Seventy-three million dollars ($73,000,000.00) is appropriated from the budget reserve account to the highway fund for the balance of the fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2008, to be expended by the department of transportation for transportation-related projects approved by the transportation commission. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2007. (END) 1
