AN ACT relating to the military department; providing for design and planning of a runway at
Camp

Guernsey
; providing an appropriation; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

There is appropriated six hundred fifty
thousand
dollars ($650,000.00) from the general fund to the department of administration and information for the period beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008 for completion of design and planning by the military department of runway resurfacing, runway and taxiway widening, automated weather observation and aircraft turnaround on the existing airfield at Camp Guernsey.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2007.
