Permissible investments of state funds
.

(e)

In no circumstances shall funds of the state of
Wyoming
be invested in a security of, or an entity doing business in, a foreign government that is identified as a state sponsor of terrorism by the
United States
Department of State. For the purposes of this subsection:

(i)

"Entity" means as defined in paragraph (d)(ii) of this section;

"Security" means as defined in paragraph (d)(i) of this section.

This act is effective July 1, 2007.
