Administrative hearings.

(d)

Before suspending, revoking, canceling or denying the license or driving privilege of any person under this act or disqualifying a person from driving a commercial motor vehicle pursuant to W.S. 31

307, the department shall immediately advise the licensee in writing:

(ii)

If the request for hearing is only to receive limited driving privileges, that the request shall be for a record review conducted by the department. The request for a record review under this paragraph shall be accompanied by a fee of

(d)

If a driver's license with limited driving privileges is granted pursuant to W.S. 31

Fees.

Every applicant for an identification card shall pay
ten dollars ($10.00)
twenty dollars ($20.00)
to the department. The state treasurer shall credit identification card fees to the highway fund.

Severance tax distributions; distribution account created; formula.

(d)

After making distributions under subsections (b) and (c) of this section, distributions under subsection (e) of this section shall be made from the severance tax distribution account. The amount of distributions under subsection (e) of this section shall not exceed one hundred fifty-five million dollars ($155,000,000.00) in any fiscal year. To the extent that distributions under subsection (e) of this section would exceed that amount in any fiscal year, the excess shall be credited:

(i)

One-third (1/3)
Thirty-one and eighty-nine hundredths percent (31.89%)
to the general fund;

and

(ii)

Two-thirds (2/3)
Sixty-three and seventy-eight hundredths percent (63.78%)
to the budget reserve account

and

(iii)

Four and thirty-three hundredths percent (4.33%) to the highway fund
.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2007.
