Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

(d)

The commission has authority:

(v)

To adopt rules and regulations to
:

(A)

R
egulate the plugging, sealing or capping of seismic shot holes,
and
to require, and fix the amount of, a surety bond or other guaranty to ensure compliance with regulations gover
ning all geophysical operations
;

(B)

Re
quire
an applicant to
certif
y
that all underground electrical conductors outside of
its
facilit
ies
, fenced enclosure

or posted area
s
compl
y
with the national electric code
; and

(C)

Require an operator to install and maintain all electrical equipment located in and around an oil and gas well to comply with the national electrical code

This act is effective immediately upon co
