WORKING DRAFT 2007 STATE OF WYOMING 07LSO-0428 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0280 Emergency medical technicians. Sponsored by: Representative(s) Diercks A BILL for AN ACT relating to emergency medical technicians; authorizing an emergency medical technician to work in a health care facility as specified; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 33 ‑ 36 ‑ 115 is created to read: 33 ‑ 36 ‑ 115. Emergency medical technicians working in a health care facility; rules and regulations. An emergency medical technician as defined by W.S. 33 ‑ 36 ‑ 102(a)(x) may volunteer or be employed at a health care facility as defined by W.S. 35 ‑ 2 ‑ 901(a)(x) to perform activities within his scope of practice within the health care facility under the supervision of a physician, physician's assistant or a registered nurse. The activities of the emergency medical technician shall be performed in a manner established by rule and regulation adopted by the division. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2007.
