Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

(b) and by creating a new subsection (c)
is amended to read:

Violations; penalties.

(b)

Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c) of this section, v
iolation of any of the provisions of this act constitutes a misdemeanor and upon conviction, the person is subject to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both.

No provision of this act shall be co
nstrued to prohibit a person who provides nonmedical support services from using the title of
"
nurse
"
when offering or providing services to a
member of his
religio
us organization
in the free exercise of that religion.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2007.
