Annual renewal; delivery of license plates and stickers; staggered registration.

(d)

Except as otherwise provided
Unless reassigned to a like vehicle of the same owner in the manner and form prescribed by the department
, license plates or stickers issued during any calendar year shall only be used on the vehicle for which issued through the last day of the annual registration month for the vehicle in the succeeding calendar year.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2007.
