AN ACT relating to
school facilities; clarifying school facility plan filing requirements;
prescribing
conditions
for
legislative appropriations for facility projects;
and providing for an effective date.

School district facility plans; filing with commission; commission review; judicial review.

(b)

In accordance with

istrict facility plans required under this section shall be submitted to the commission not later than July 1 of each odd numbered year. Districts may submit and the commission
shall
accept and review facility plans at dates earlier than those prescribed in the schedule. Plans shall be in a form and subject to guidelines prescribed by commission rule and regulation.

mounts appropriated by the legislature for projects determined by the commission under W.S. 21

118 and proposed for any budget period shall:

Unless otherwise specified, n
ot be construed to be an entitlement or guaranteed amount;

(ii)

Be expended by the commission in
consultation and cooperation with the affected school district and in
accordance with facility design guidelines established by the commission
.
