Exemption from daylight
saving
time change.

The state exempts itself from the provisions of 15 U.S.C. 260a(a) advancing by one (1) hour the standard time during a stated period of each year. The entire state, including all political subdivisions, shall observe the standard time otherwise applicable during that period.

This act is effective immediately upon co

pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit
