A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to design of public facilities; providing an appropriation for the design of a parking structure for the University of Wyoming; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

There is appropriated one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the general fund to the
University
of
Wyoming
to be expended only for the design of a multi-level parking structure. Any unexpended funds shall revert to the budget reserve account
on July 1, 2008
.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2007.
