Sponsored by: Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife and Cultural Resources Interim Committee A BILL for AN ACT relating to the state veterans' museum; repealing museum designation as a state park; providing for the unexpended funds; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 36 ‑ 4 ‑ 121(p) and 36 ‑ 8 ‑ 1301 are repealed. Section 2. Any unexpended funds shall be retained by the Natrona county board of county commissioners for the purposes of operating a veterans' museum in Natrona county. No funds shall be expended by the department of state parks and cultural resources to fill any position for the purposes of this act . Section 3. This act is effective immediately upon co m pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit u tion. (END) 1 SF0035
