animal during a special archery season or a limited quota archery only season
allow testing of the animal's tissue to determine if the animal was killed with
a firearm.

The act provides for
mandatory suspension of the privilege to purchase any game and fish license for
three years following a conviction of taking a big or trophy game animal with a
firearm during a special archery season or a limited quota archery only season.

Archery licenses; special seasons; equipment.

(d)

No person holding an archery license shall take big game or trophy game animals during a special
archery
hunting season
while in possession of
or during a limited quota archery only hunting season

by the use of
any type of firearm.
Any person who takes a big game or trophy game animal by the use of a firearm during a special archery hunting season or during a limited quota archery only hunting season is guilty of a high misdemeanor punishable as provided in W.S. 23

202(a)(ii). Upon request by a game warden or other
Wyoming
law enforcement officer, a person who has taken a big or trophy game animal during a special archery hunting season or during a limited quota archery only hunting season shall allow testing of the animal's tissue for confirmation of compliance with this section.

Revocation of license.

(a)

The court may, in its discretion, revoke any license issued under this act to any person convicted of a violation of this act, for the remainder of the year in which the conviction occurs, and
except for conviction of a 10th or 11th degree misdemeanor,
may suspend the person's privilege to purchase or receive any other license under this act for the following time periods
provided in paragraphs (i) through (iii) and shall suspend the person's privilege to purchase or receive any other license under this act for the time period provided in paragraph (iv) of this subsection
