Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

103(c) is amended to read:

Wyoming business council; creation; composition; compensation; termination; meetings; surety bonds; fiscal control.

(c)

The council shall exist until July 1, 2008.
Upon termination of the council, all its rights and properties shall pass to and be vested in the state.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2007.
