WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL SENATE FILE NO. 0106 ENROLLED ACT NO. 63, SENATE FIFTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2007 GENERAL SESSION AN ACT relating to state symbols; designating western wheatgrass as the state grass of Wyoming; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 8 ‑ 3 ‑ 121 is created to read: 8 ‑ 3 ‑ 121. State grass. The Agropyron smithii ( Pascopyrum smithii) , commonly known as western wheatgrass, is the state grass of Wyoming. Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon co m pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit u tion.
