AN ACT relating to the public safety communications commission; revising requirements for a member representing ambulance and emergency medical services providers as specified; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

1102(a)(xii) is amended to read:

Commission; composition; appointment of members; removal; terms; officers; vacancies; meetings.

(a)

The commission shall consist of seventeen (17) voting members to be appointed by the governor and who may be removed by the governor as provided in W.S. 9

202. The seventeen (17) members shall be appointed from each of the following associations and agencies from their membership:

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2007.
