Sponsored by: Senator(s) Job A BILL for AN ACT relating to eminent domain; modifying determination of fair market value as specified; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 1 ‑ 26 ‑ 704(a) by creating a new paragraph (iii) and (c)(intro) is amended to read: 1 ‑ 26 ‑ 704. Fair market value defined. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section: (iii) The fair market value of property under this subsection shall not be less than the reasonable cost of functional replacement.
