Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming

Section 1.

502(a) by creating a new paragraph (vi) and by renumbering (vi) as (vii) is amended to read:

Definitions.

(a)

As used in this act:

(vi)

"Public use" means:

(A)

The possession, occupation and enjoyment of the land by the general public or by public agencies;

(B)

The use of land for creation or functioning of public utilities or rural electric cooperatives for domestic distribution;
or

(C)

The use of eminent domain
to
:

(I)

Eliminate a direct threat to public health or safety caused by the property in its current condition; and

(II)

Remove a public nuisance;

or

(II

R
e
move a structure that is beyond repair or is unfit for human habitation or use; or

(I

)

Acquire
abandoned property
.
