When attendance required; exemptions.

(a)

Every parent, guardian or other person having control or charge of any child who is a resident of this state and whose seventh birthday falls on or before September 15 of any year and who has not yet attained his
sixteenth

The child has been legally excluded from the regular schools pursuant to the provisions of W.S. 21

(iv)

The parent, guardian or other person having control or charge of the child, following a documented meeting with a school district counselor or administrator, provides written consent to the district board for withdrawal of the child from public or private school at
tendance and
certification that the child has attended public or private school for a period of not less than three (3) years

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2008.
