A BILL

AN ACT relating to
economic development; providing an appropriation as specified
to an account within the revolving investment
fund
created under article 16, section 12 of the
Wyoming
constitution

and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

There is appropriated from the general fund
twenty million dollars ($20
,000,000.00) to the economic development account, as defined in W.S. 9

12
‑
301(a)(iii), within the revolving investment
fund
created under article 16, section 12 of the Wyoming constitution, to be used as specified in W.S. 9

12
‑
302.

Section 2.

This act is effective
July 1, 2008
