WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL HOUSE BILL NO. 0122 ENROLLED ACT NO. 24, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FIFTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2008 BUDGET SESSION AN ACT relating to crimes and offenses ; providing game and fish law enforcement personnel authority to enforce littering statutes; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 6 ‑ 3 ‑ 204 by creating a new subsection (d) is amended to read: 6 ‑ 3 ‑ 204. Littering; penalties. (d) In addition to any other peace officer, game and fish law enforcement personnel qualified pursuant to W.S. 9 ‑ 1 ‑ 701 through 9 ‑ 1 ‑ 707 are authorized to enforce the provisions of this section. Section 2 . This act is effective July 1, 2008.
