Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming

a new
paragraph (viii) is amended to read:

Exemptions.

(a)

The following persons who are bona fide
Wyoming
residents for at least three (3) years at the time of claiming the exemption are entitled to receive the tax exemption provided by W.S. 39

105(a)(xxiv):

(viii)

An honorably discharged veteran who served in the military service of the
United States
between July 29, 1953 to February 27, 1961.

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2008.
