Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

102(a) and by creating a new subsection (c) is amended to read:

Certification required; exceptions.

(a)

All child caring facilities except those excluded in
subsection (b)

subsections (b) and (c)
of this section, are required to be certified by the certifying authority before exercising care, custody or control of any minor.

(c)

With the exception of a legal parent or grandparent, the exceptions listed in subsection (b) of this section shall not be combined. If a combination of the exceptions includes paragraph (b)(v) of this section, the total number of children under the care of a grandparent shall not exceed six (6).

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2008.
