WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL HOUSE BILL NO. 0035 ENROLLED ACT NO. 19, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES SIXTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2009 GENERAL SESSION AN ACT relating to elections; providing that election judges may work shifts on election day; repealing conflicting statute; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 22 ‑ 13 ‑ 11 8 is created to read: 22 ‑ 13 ‑ 11 8 . Judges work schedule. At the discretion of the county clerk, election judges may be allowed to work at the polling premise on election day for a period of time less than the total amount of time the polls are open provided the polling station has a sufficient number of election judges on duty at all times to comply with the requirements of this title. An election judge shall not leave his polling station during his work shift. Section 2. W.S. 22 ‑ 13 ‑ 116 is repealed. Section 3. This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become a law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
