Sponsored by: Representative(s) Berger, Childers, Landon, Madden, Patton and Simpson and Senator(s) Burns and Schiffer A BILL for AN ACT relating to state property; naming a Wyoming game and fish hatche ry after former S enator Malcolm Wallop ; requiring signage ; providing an appropriation; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 8 ‑ 5 ‑ 104 is created to read: 8 ‑ 5 ‑ 104. Malcolm Wallop fish hatchery and visitor c enter . The Wyoming game and fish department fish hatchery and visitor center, located at 311R Fish Hatchery Road , Story , Wyoming , shall be named the "Malco l m Wallop Fish Hatchery and Visitor Center . " Section 2. The Wyoming game and fish department shall install appropriate signage identifying the fish hatchery and visitor center, located at 311R F ish Hatchery Road , Story , Wyoming , as the "Malco l m Wallop Fish Hatchery and Visitor Center ." Section 3. There is appropriated from the general fund to the Wyoming game and fish department four thousand dollars ($4 , 000 . 00 ) . This appropriation shall be for the period beginning with the effective date of this act and ending June 30, 2009. Th is appropriation shall only be expended for the purpose of creating and installing the signage required by section 2 of this act. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, this appropriation shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose and any unexpended, unobligated funds remaining from this appropriation shall revert as provided by law on June 30, 2009. This appropriation shall not be included in the Wyoming game and fish department's 2011-2012 standard biennial budget request. Section 4. This act is effective immediately upon co m pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit u tion. (END) 1 HB0063
