Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming

Sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree; penalties.

(b)

A person convicted under subsection (a) of this section is subject to imprisonment for not

less than fifteen (15) years nor
more than fifty (50) years, unless the person convicted qualifies under W.S. 6

306(e).

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2009.
