Sponsored by: Representative(s) Zwonitzer, Dn. and Senator(s) Geis A BILL for AN ACT relating to the veterinarian loan repayment program; modifying eligibility requirements; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 11 ‑ 18 ‑ 119(a)(intro) is amended to read: 11 ‑ 18 ‑ 119. Veterinarian loan repayment program; rulemaking authority. (a) The board is authorized to enter into agreements with graduate veterinarians , who have graduated from accredited v eterinary colleges are licensed to practice in the state of Wyoming, to provide food animal health care in this state. For purposes of this section, "food animal" means cattle, swine, sheep or goats. The agreements shall: Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon co m pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit u tion. (END) 1 HB0099
