Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming

Procedures for mail ballot elections.

(b)

The election official responsible for conducting the election
shall
provide a
minimum of one (1)
polling place on the day of election which

may be the election official
's office or
the county clerk's office and

shall be open for not less than five (5) consecutive hours at any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. as set forth in the notice of election.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2009.
