Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1 . W.S. 33 ‑ 30 ‑ 203 (a) by creating a new paragraph (x ii ) is amended to read: 33 ‑ 30 ‑ 203. License required; exceptions. (a) No person may practice veterinary medicine in the state who is not a licensed veterinarian or the holder of a valid temporary permit issue d by the board. This act shall not be construed to prohibit: ( x ii ) Any person f rom performing pregnancy testing o f cattle regardless of w hether payment is received for the testing . Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2009. (END) 1 HB0166
