AN ACT relating to
the
Wyoming
business council
;
providing additional reporting requirements for the annual report
;

providing for a report from the
Wyoming
council for women's issues;
and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

Annual report and budget.

(a)

The council shall submit an annual report in the manner provided by W.S. 9

1014 and using the benchmarks prescribed in this act. In addition to th
e requirements of W.S. 9

,

using the most recent data available
,
included within the annual report shall be:

(ii)

A summary of the total investments made by the council under the
Wyoming
partnership challenge loan program, article 3 of this chapter, including:

(E)

A survey of each loan
or
grant
recipient detailing t
he number of jobs
directly
created
or retained

including
occupational
and salary information and
aggregate
dat
a
summarizing
the
demographic information of newly hired employees.

(vii)

A summary of the grants, funds and loans from each
program administered by the council
using reporting elements under paragraph (a)(ii) of this section unless
otherwise provided
by statute;

(viii)

A report of the recommendations of the
Wyoming
council for women's issues

pursuant to
W.S. 9

;

(ix)

The
res

lt
s of the
performance measures identified in
the
council's
business plan.

Creation; areas of attention.

(c)

On or before July 15 of each year the council shall submit a written report
on its activities under this section, including
any recommendations

to the
minerals, business and economic development interim committee.
