Summary/Major Elements:

The
act makes a statutory change which clarifies that a youthful driver may
simultaneously hold both a class C and class M license. A Class C license
authorizes the licensee to operate lighter weight cars, trucks and combinations
that do not meet Class A or B (i.e., heavier and commercial) vehicle
requirements. The Class M designation authorizes the licensee to operate a
motorcycle.
