Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of

311 by creating a new subsection (e) is amended to read:

Adjustment of child support orders.

(e)

Notwithstanding W.S. 20

‑
304, no adjustment in a child support order under subsection (a) of this section shall be in an amount greater than the increased income which gave rise
to
the change of circumstances justifying the modification of the child support order.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2010.
