WORKING DRAFT 2010 STATE OF WYOMING 10LSO-0247 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0043 Child support-adjustments. Sponsored by: Representative(s) Thompson, Blake and Davison and Senator(s) Cooper and Hastert A BILL for AN ACT relating to child support orders; limiting adjustments to child support orders due to changed circumstances; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 20 ‑ 2 ‑ 311 by creating a new subsection (e) is amended to read: 20 ‑ 2 ‑ 311. Adjustment of child support orders. (e) Notwithstanding W.S. 20 ‑ 2 ‑ 304, no adjustment in a child support order under subsection (a) of this section shall be in an amount greater than the increased income which gave rise to the change of circumstances justifying the modification of the child support order. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2010. (END) 1 HB0043
