Sponsored by: Management Audit Committee A BILL for AN ACT relating to education; requiring school districts to report on reading assessment and intervention as specified; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 21 ‑ 3 ‑ 401 by creating a new subsection (c) is amended to read: 21 ‑ 3 ‑ 401. Reading assessment and intervention. (c) Each district shall annually report to the department on activities conducted and expenditures made pursuant to this section. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2010. (END) 1 HB0062
