Interstate commerce.

Federal authority under the interstate commerce clause shall not be construed to include any further control over articles in interstate commerce other than to mandate unhampered and unobligated passage from one (1) state to another state over articles in interstate commerce. The interstate commerce clause shall not have any permanent lawful authority over any article tangible or intangible, living or inert. The control of all articles under interstate commerce control, upon reaching their destination within the borders of
Wyoming
, shall be relinquished. The interstate commerce commission shall relinquish all authority and control over such items which shall include all articles and items under the bureau of alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives that have reached their destination within the borders of
Wyoming
.
