WORKING DRAFT 2011 STATE OF WYOMING 11LSO-0131 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0032 State archives-appropriation. Sponsored by: Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife and Cultural Resources Interim Committee A BILL for AN ACT relating to state archives; providing an appropriation for shelving and expanded storage; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. There is appropriated one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) from the general fund to the department of state parks and cultural resources . This appropriation shall be for the period beginning with the effective date of this act and ending June 30, 201 2 . This appropriation shall only be expended for the purpose of expanding storage capacity for state archives. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, this appropriation shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose and any unexpended, unobligated funds remaining from this appropriation shall revert as provided by law on June 30, 2012 . This appropriation shall not be included in the department of state parks and cultural resources' 201 3 -201 4 standard biennial budget request. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2011.
