for the design, plan and construction of an archives and museum storage facility;
and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

(a)

rior to June 30, 2012, the department of administration and information shall develop a request for proposals for plans, design and construction of a storage facility for state archives and state museum collections. The request for proposals shall be submitted to the state building commission for approval. The state building commission shall submit the approved request for competitive bids. The department of state parks and cultural resources shall operate the facility after construction.

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2011.
