Livestock
disclosure statement.

Before
an
y

improved
or unimproved

parcel of real property

less than one hundred sixty (160) acres
that is adjacent to
vacant land is sold or exchanged
, the seller shall, by separate written document, disclose to the purchaser

information

regarding grazing on the
vacant land
. The written document shall contain a statement with the following language:

"This property is adjacent to
vacant land
on which livestock
may be
permitted to graze or roam. Unless you construct a fence that will prevent livestock from entering this property, livestock may enter the property and you may not be entitled to collect damages because the livestock entered the property."

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2011.
