Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming

(d)

For purposes of this section,
"
vacant land
"
means land
:

(i)

W
ith no habitable dwelling
;

(ii)

N
ot
with
in
the boundaries of
a platted subdivision
,
or
city or town
; and

(iii)

Less than one hundred forty (140) acres.

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2011.
