(a)

A
ny person

who knowingly and without consent
intentionally
impersonates another

actual person through

or on

nternet

ebsite or by other

electronic means
, including, but not limited to spoofing
and causes or attempts to cause harm

is guilty of a
misdemeanor
punishable
by
a fine
