License required; exceptions.

(a)

No person may practice veterinary medicine in the state who is not a licensed veterinarian or the holder of a valid temporary permit issued by the board. This act shall not be construed to prohibit:

Any person from performing pregnancy testing of

hether payment is received for the testing.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2011.
