shall be known as the "Wyoming Veterans Memorial Highway."

Section 2.

The
Wyoming
department of transportation shall install appropriate signage, in compliance with all federal and state law and regulation, identifying

as the "Wyoming Veterans Memorial Highway."

Section 3.

There is appropriated from the general fund to the
Wyoming
department of transportation
five
thousand dollars ($
5
,000.00). This appropriation shall be for the period beginning with the effective date of this act and ending June 30, 2012. This appropriation shall only be expended for the purpose of creating and installing the signage required by section 2 of this act
and shall not be expended until five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) has been received by the department of transportation from nonstate s
ources
to assist in paying the costs of creating and installing the signage.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, this appropriation shall not be transferred or expended for any other purpose and any unexpended, unobligated funds remaining from this appropriation shall revert as provided by law on June 30, 2012. This appropriation shall not be included in the
Wyoming
department of transportation's 2013-2014 standard biennial budget request.

Section 4.

This act is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution.
