Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 20 ‑ 1 ‑ 101 is amended to read: 20 ‑ 1 ‑ 101. Marriage a civil contract. Marriage is a civil contract between a male and a female person two (2) natural persons to which the consent of the parties capable of contracting is essential. Section 2.
