Victim and witness bill of rights.

(d)

All victims of sexual assault as defined in W.S. 6

301(a)(v) shall have the right to have an advocate as defined in W.S. 1

116(a)(i) present with the victim, if requested, at the time of questioning by law enforcement personnel.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2011.
