Sponsored by: Representative(s) Wallis and Eklund A BILL for AN ACT relating to public health and safety; exempting raw agricultural commodities from health and safety inspections as specified; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 35 ‑ 7 ‑ 121 by creating a new subsection (h) is amended to read: 35 ‑ 7 ‑ 121. Inspections; examinations. (h) An agricultural producer shall be exempt from the inspection requirements in this section for processing, distributing, storing or sale of any raw agricultural commodity he produces. Section 2 . This act is effective July 1, 2011. (END) 1 HB0226
