(c)

This article does not apply to a person operating a child care operation from his residence unless the person applies for certification as provided in this article.
A child caring facility
described in this subsection
that is not certified as provided in this article
shall
not receive payment for child care services from any
state or federal
funds
appropriated by the legislature.

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon co
m
pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit

tion.
