Sponsored by: Representative(s) Krone A BILL for AN ACT relating to outfitters and guides; requiring outfitters and guides to ensure compliance by clients with specified game and fish laws; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 23 ‑ 2 ‑ 415 is amended to read: 23 ‑ 2 ‑ 415. Licensed outfitters and professional guides to report violations; ensuring compliance . (a) An outfitter or professional guide licensed under this act shall promptly report any violation of federal or state law or regulation governing wildlife, game and fish observed by him to any commissioned game and fish law enforcement officer, a representative of the involved federal land management agency or to the board. (b) An outfitter or professional guide licensed under this act shall ensure that every client is in compliance with the provisions of W.S. 23 ‑ 3 ‑ 303(a) and (b). Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2011. (END) 1 HB0250
