WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL SENATE FILE NO. 0028 ENROLLED ACT NO. 4, SENATE SIXTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2011 GENERAL SESSION AN ACT relating to workers compensation; providing coverage for volunteers working on projects approved by the department of state parks and cultural resources; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. W.S. 27 ‑ 14 ‑ 108(e)(x) is amended to read: 27 ‑ 14 ‑ 108. Extrahazardous industries, employments, occupations; enumeration; definitions; optional coverage. (e) Specifically enumerated volunteers to whom this act applies are: (x) Volunteers working on projects approved by the Wyoming game and fish commission or the Wyoming department of state parks and cultural resources ; Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2011.
