Definitions.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided, as used in this act:

" means an off-road recreational vehicle

or area specifically designated, marked or signed by the department of state parks and cultural resources as a
Wyoming
off-road recreational vehicle
trail
.

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2011.
